ORGL 502 Leadership and Imagination

Exploring the role of art, film, architecture, music, history, and other creative contexts in the development of creativity in leaders, this course challenges the participant to investigate the application of the arts and sciences as they relate to developing imagination and the ability to see people, situations, and organizations with a new perspective. This course is highly interactive with individual and group activities that stretch the imagination and comfort level of the participants. The underlying theme of the course and its objectives is, “See, and see again.”
