As the capstone course for the Organizational Leadership program, this course engages the participant in developing a portfolio representative of the work and learning that has transpired over the student’s course of study in the program. The participant develops a current professional vita, a personal vision statement, and a leadership philosophy statement. Additionally, the participant develops a leadership project that demonstrates the various competencies, knowledge, and skills learned throughout the program. Finally, the participant develops a synopsis of each course completed, along with a listing of course competencies and a bibliography of works read throughout the program, and demonstrates through artifacts and reflection evidence of having attained the competencies and knowledge the Organizational Leadership program requires.
