ORGL 516 Organizational Development

 

 

 

This course focuses on “seeing” and “changing” organizations through the research, theory, models, and praxis of the field and consulting practice of Organizational Development, with an emphasis on how OD consultants, internal or external, can support both leaders and all members of an organization. Participants explore and develop competency in team building, strategic planning, large group event facilitation, internal communications, merger dynamics, leadership development, and management training.
